You may be surprised to learn that Colony Club Homeowners Association property tax bill, for 3611 South Mall, went unpaid for three years due to the negligence of the Board of Directors. The Orange County Tax Collector bills for 2008, 2009, and 2010 were only paid July 12, 2011.
