FEBRUARY 2025  Occasionally I toss out two dozen perfectly good tennis balls I picked up from Heritage Park where tennis players simply MUST HAVE brand new balls, which they leave behind after playing with them for an hour or so:


They disappear in a hurry

JANUARY 2025    Benches should have been varnished years before getting this badly weathered.




 The board of directors preferred to discard two benches which were on our tennis courts for decades, rather than simply shellac or paint them.  What a waste.

In May, the board of directors requested bids to repaint entire clubhouse meeting room because of a few scratches that took me only five minutes to cover flawlessly.  Bids were $18,300 and $11,800.
